In a Windows Insider Blog post, Microsoft recently declared that it is rolling out the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.4225 (KB5043186) update. This is a rather small update, yet it finally gives users the power to take control of the dedicated Copilot key that is increasingly showing up on numerous laptops.
In the blog post, Microsoft elaborated on how it is granting users more customization flexibility by adding the option to configure the Copilot key, which can open an MSIX-packaged and signed app. This is great news as the app meets the security and privacy requirements to keep your PC secure. When this option becomes more widely available, you can find it by going to “Settings > Personalization > Text Input”.

So, if you have version 22H2, you have until October 8 to obtain the necessary update.
On the unofficial side of Windows 11, users can enjoy a “Hand Off” feature that makes switching between devices a breeze. A X (formerly Twitter ) user named @techosarusrex pointed out this feature, which makes it easier to switch devices and resume work from your phone. Currently, this feature is concealed by a system flag that you can activate using ViVeTool, as reported by MSPowerUser.
Windows 11 will be getting some new continue from device/handoff capabilities (seen in build 22635.4225), as tweeted by @techosarusrex on September 21, 2024.
If you stop working on a document on your phone and then start up your computer, you will receive a notification asking if you want to pick up where you left off. Apple users have a feature called Handoff that enables them to start a task on their iPhone or iPad and continue it on their Mac, and it seems that Windows is getting something similar.
