Rimac, the company behind the astonishingly fast Nevera EV, claims that it has now made the vehicle even swifter with the Nevera R. This new iteration of Rimac’s electric supercar can reportedly accelerate from a standstill to 60mph in merely 1.74 seconds, which is approximately a tenth of a second quicker than the original model.

Evidently, the EV generates a whopping 2,107 horsepower, around 200 more than its predecessor. Additionally, Rimac states that the Nevera R boasts improved aerodynamics, enhanced downforce, and better grip. It has even managed to shave 3.8 seconds off the Nevera’s lap time on the Nardo Ring, a high-speed Italian track owned by Porsche.
